Ingredients you’ll need…
2 lbs of pork hock
1 TB white vinegar
1 peeled onion
3 sliced of ginger
2 litre of water
1 TB salt

Seasoning the soup
-1 tsp of salt
-1 tsp chicken powder
-1 TB fish sauce
-2 TB fried shallots

*Coriander
*Green onion
*fresh chili
*lime
*black pepper
*chili oil
*fried shallots

Optional:
-Shrimp
-Fried fish ball / fish cake
