Here are 4 triceps exercises… but there are more, in case you swap positions (please don’t swap positions in the last exercise😆😆just… don’t)
-Why lose your gains? Go for it!
Why not just train the hell out of those triceps?💁🏼‍♀️
With the right technique you both will get a really good workout, and hopefully have a lot of fun which is a bonus….😆💪🏻
Let the first sets be “trying-out-how-this-works”
Then do 4 sets of every exercise, and keep the repetitions at 10. This can easily be adjusted between 8 up to 20 if needed.
